At pinkhatmarshmallows.com, every batch of our gourmet marshmallows is handcrafted to order to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Order Processing Time
- Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Because our confections are made fresh, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Standard Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)
- Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier system.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details.
